I’m a lawyer specializing in equity financing and cross-border M&A, with over a decade of experience in the global tech and startup ecosystem, gained through law firms and a senior in-house role at a global tech giant. I started my career during China’s mobile internet boom, navigating high-stakes cross-border deals across East Asia, Europe, the U.S., and emerging markets, and, having spent over two years in London, I bring a global perspective, a commercially driven approach, and a sharp instinct for risk management to dealmaking and strategic growth.

A year ago, I began my journey as an angel investor, and as AI continues to shape the next decade, I see an opportunity to move beyond legal advisory to help founders build strong corporate and operational foundations for sustainable growth.
